All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in India.  Although we provide the finest quality pieces due to handmade nature they may result in minor imperfections which only enhances their unique beauty.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE under special circumstances, which can be ONLY be redeemed on our Website.

KARAARI accepts return or exchange ONLY if 

  • Product (s) delivered is incorrect than the one ordered
  • Product (s) delivered is damaged

In the above scenario, please reach out to us at support@karaari.in within 7 days of delivery with order number, image and unboxing clip attached.

Post 7 days, no requests are accepted.

Please NOTE :

  • Slight change in colour or detailing is not considered as damaged. 
  • Intimation before sending back the item is compulsory without which it is not taken into consideration.
  • In case of missing or wrong items, it should be immediately reported within 24hr post delivery to our support team at (6304623549).
